roger's got a new whip so he's excited to use it when he can.
saturday morning, a bunch of us plan to ride across the bridge again to sausalito but this time, through the marin headlands first. if you know that route, you know i'm in for a treat. (sarcasm) well at least jason rode fixie with me. (but he has it easier, he's on 48x20)
fixed gear on mad incline for prob 1/2 mile.
anyway, done and done. the weather was beautiful on that side of the bridge. i got my lance on for the day.

avigail's in town, met up with her and erwin at Goorin's party. party was bananas, as erwin expected. all the huf dudes were there, hipsters in check, execs and their cougars, and other geeks like me.
saw elayne and sam. i thought she'd be there—she modeled for some of the hats in this new artist collection.
toni and sherry show up as well. theyre so fun!

so avigail meets this one dude and it seems like they're getting along. so he invites us to go with him to 111minna and we do. it was wack. anyway, as he's dancing with avi he says to her, "grab my waist..."

saturday went down to Campbell aka far to play in the AACO grass tournament. it was heller hot, and i don't know how to balance a tan and a sunburn. so im a mixture of both now.
most of my friends went to the Palace, supposedly the best Korean BBQ in the bay, but my ride had to get back to the city. next time next time.

Paul valen was in town. met him up with his friends and family at poleng sunday night. we ended up going to Lucky Chances after, my first time. mmm, filipino food.
Then, as i'm walking out I see this guy in one of the booths and say to myself, "that guy looks familiar...where have i seen him...eh, maybe one of those asian dudes you see at the same parties..."
As i'm paying at the front, someone says, "that's Qbert." Oh snap! that's right. ...as paul is taking a picture with him.

why do i always hock up a "HAH!" when i see this picture? ... because it is so funny! oh man, i love it.
and up to today, i've heard about 4 or 5 different MJ tribute mixes, but DJ Rygar's is thus far the best one.
