greetings! i just received the urge to finally get this journal going.
it culminated from everything/everyone in my world as of today that finally turned on the light bulb in my head- do it now.
on this note, i'd like to thank the powers that be for this current state. i'm mclovin the fact that what i'm learning right now in my class (20th century art and ideology) is enhancing my living. or maybe, it's just simply putting it into perspective.
so, some deductions...
- i am thankful for who i am because of you*
- i'll admit it, i've been suckered by pop culture. and thank you Nietzsche, i understand now. exhibit A: the new iphone 3G. it'll consume you. if you care, ask me for a great example RE laundry. (consumption seems to be an interactive cycle between you and the other)
- on that note, "the other".... I'm feeling you Bakhtin.
- diversity. embrace it.
